Be Financially Free With Payday Loans

Life feels good when you are financially sound. It seems as though everything is in place as long as your bank account can support your expenses.

It is frustrating then when situations arise that cost you more than your bank account can handle. When this happens we are often left confused and helpless because we do not know where to turn.

It is in these situations though we should turn to payday loans, because this is just why they were created. They are short term loans that act as a cash advancement of our next paycheck so we can borrow the money we need and be on our way to financial peace and independence.

Payday loans are a relatively new industry yet one of the most rapidly growing ones in this country. This is because more and more people are discovering the benefits of payday loans. Now is the time for you to discover what these short term loans are and what they can do for you and your wallet.

If you have a regularly scheduled bill to pay off at the end of the month like your rent, utilities, or cell phone, then you have most likely saved enough money to pay it off. You anticipate this bill because it comes every month so you set aside specific money for it.

The problem is sometimes unforeseen costs can intervene; like a car repair fee or medical bill. We cannot plan when things get broken, we can only learn what the best thing to do to fix them would be.

So if rent is due this Friday and your car breaks down today, you will not get your next paycheck until the following week, and you are $100 short on cash in your bank account. You must then figure out how to fix this situation while saving the most amount of money.

You consider simply not paying your car off. If you can hold out on fixing your car until after you get your next paycheck then everything would be fine.

The problem is you need that car to drive you to work every day. If you do not fix the car then you will not have a ride to work and thus you would lose income for a couple days.

Deciding you want to go about fixing this situation in other ways you think about writing a bad check. Your reasoning is maybe your landlord or the auto shop will wait a week in depositing your check and you could have your next paycheck in your account by that time.

If they were to wait then your check would actually be good because there would be sufficient funds by the time they get there. In this case you are running the risk of paying an overdraft fee.

This is usually $25 to $50 and all financial institutions charge it when a check bounces. Because you are paying this check to businesses they are most likely going to take your check in immediately.

When they do, you will be charged this overdraft fee. So you still are $100 short but these other two options were unappealing.

Well on a $100 loan from a payday lender you would be charged just over a dollar a day in fees. This means if you need to borrow this money for two weeks you would owe $115 back at the end.

Because you are getting your paycheck the following week though you would only owe $107.50. This means you are saving yourself the most money while still able to pay back your other debts.

Taking out a payday loan is a really simple process. All you have to do is walk into any payday lender and show proof of income, like a paystub, a valid state or federally issued photo ID, and provide a checking account number to an account in your name.

They will discuss with you clearly how much you are going to borrow and how much it will cost you in fees to borrow this money. When this is all figured out you will write out a check for how much you will owe back to the lender when the loan ends and they will hand you your cash.

The date you write on the check you gave them will be the day when the loan ends. This means on that day the lender can simply take your check to the bank and deposit your check so the transaction is over and you do not have to deal with it any more.

Be sure your next paycheck is deposited as soon as you get it so when they take your check to the bank you will not face any more charges. Acting responsibly will help save you the most amount of money so you can be on your way to financial success.
